摘　　要：目的了解广东省某市流动人口对艾滋病自愿咨询检测相关知识、态度和行为,为制定措施推广艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务在流动人口中的利用提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样的方法招募工厂和宾馆的流动人口进行横断面研究。使用自行设计的统一问卷,采用面对面访谈的方式进行调查。结果 496名流动人口中,男性占57.1%,平均年龄为27.6岁,文化程度以初中和高中为主。调查对象对艾滋病知识的知晓率为76.8%。84.3%的调查对象知道艾滋病检测的服务地点,对艾滋病自愿咨询检测知识的知晓率为39.7%。33.2%的调查对象对艾滋病检测持有歧视性态度。5.4%的调查对象曾接受过艾滋病检测。结论要针对流动人口加大艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务的宣传和反歧视宣传。同时,要进一步扩大自愿咨询检测的服务地点和服务时间,以提高流动人口对艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务的利用。Objective To understand the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among migrant population in a prefecture in Guangdong Province, to provide scientific evidence for making strategies to increase the utility of VCT service among migrant population. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to recruit the migrant population in factories and hotels for cross-sectional study. Face-to-face interviews were used to collect information with standard questionnaires. Results A total of 496 migrant population with the average age of 27.6 was recruited in the study. Males accounted for 57.1%, for whom the junior and high school level was the most common education level. The AIDS knowledge rate was 76.8%. Among the participants 84.3% knew the location of HIV testing. The proportion of people having the HIV testing related knowledge was 39.7%. 33.2% of the participants had negative attitudes towards HIV testing. Only 5.4% of the participants had received the HIV testing service. Conclusions Health education on AIDS voluntary counseling and testing and on anti-discrimination should be strengthened targeting migrant population. Furthermore, VCT service location and service time should be expanded in order to increase the utility of VCT service.
