从化市部分居民生命质量现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解从化市部分居民的生命质量现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对从化市309名居民采用一般情况调查问卷、中文版WHOQOL-100量表进行自评量表式调查。结果本次调查对象的生命质量得分低于全国普通人群,6个领域的得分由高到低分别为独立性领域、生理领域、社会关系领域、心理领域、环境领域、精神领域。经多元逐步回归分析,影响本次调查对象生命质量的因素有食欲、健康总体状况、家庭摩擦、工作单位类型、文化程度、年龄、户籍性质。结论本次调查对象的生命质量水平偏低,需要进一步提高。应当采取健康教育,健全医疗保障和社会保障体系,提高地区文化教育水平,建立社区服务体系等措施,使本次调查对象的生命质量得到提高。Objective To understand the quality of life and its influencing factors in the residents in Conghua city. Methods By convenience sampling, 309 residents in Conghua were collected and were assessed with the questionnaire with WHOQOL-100 and the general characteristics. Results The score of quality of life of Conghua residents’ was lower than the score of the national general population. The six domains were listed as the following with the scores ranking from high to low: independence domain, physical domain, social relationships domain, psychological domain, environment domain, spirituality/religion/personal belief domain. By multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, it showed that the influencing factors of life quality were age, the appetite status, the healthy status, the family friction status, current employer, education, household register. Conclusion The quality of life of the residents in Conghua City is in low level and should be paid more attention. Some effective measures should be taken to improve the residents’ life quality.
