三腔双囊管压迫止血效果观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的评价用三腔双囊管对食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者止血的护理方法和止血效果。方法对5例用三腔囊管压迫止血患者从置管到拔管护理进行全过程的观察及评估。结果 5例患者中2例36h内有效止血,2例48h内有效止血,1例胃囊破裂止血无效导致再次大出血死亡。结论在药物止血的基础上正确应用三腔双囊管压迫止血仍是一种行之有效的方法。探讨用三腔双囊管对食管胃管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者止血的护理方法和止血效果评价。Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients of large hemorrhage caused by esophageal and fundal varices,and make evaluation on the hemostasia effect.Methods By observing the complete nursing process of installing the tube and removing the tube in five cases of the hemostasia by compressing Sengstaken-Blackmore tube.Results Among the five cases observed,the hemostasia method is effective in 36 hours for two patients,and effective in 48 hours for another two patients.But one patient died of large hemorrhage for the ineffectiveness of the hemostasia method.Conclusion It is still an effective method to stop hemorrhage by correctly applying the hemostasia method of compressing Sengstaken-Blackmore tube based on medication hemostasia.
