摘　　要：目的了解5岁以下儿童家长对手足口病基本知识的认知情况以及信息的获取渠道与需求,从而更好地指导卫生机构开展手足口病基本知识与信息的传播工作。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取一个村,对该村所有符合要求的人口进行调查,每户抽取一人,由经过统一培训的调查员采用自行设计的问卷对调查对象进行调查。结果本次共调查266人,调查对象手足口病相关知识的知晓率为75.67%,入托儿童与非入托儿童家长手足口病知识的知晓率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);调查对象获取手足口病相关知识的来源依次为电视、医生和宣传画。结论加大对手足口病传播途径、主要症状和预防措施的健康教育力度,充分发挥电视等媒体、基层医生和幼儿园在手足口病防治健康教育工作中的作用。Objective To study the cognition of basic knowledge,information access and information needs about Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease(HFMD) of parents whose children aged under five years old,so that the medical institutions can do better health education and health promotion about HFMD.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used for the investigation,people who met all the requirements from a village were sampled,one person from one family was selected and investigated via questionnaires designed by investigators themselves.Results A total of 266 people was investigated,the awareness rate of HFMD was 75.67% among these people,there was no statistically significant in HFMD awareness between parents that their children were in kindergardens or not(P>0.05).Information about HFMD came from TV,doctors and posters in sequence.Conclusion To strengthen the health education about the transmission ways,cardinal symptoms and preventive measures of HFMD.TV,doctors and kindergarten play an important role in health education of preventing HFMD.
