摘　　要：目的了解黄浦区医务人员对控烟知识的掌握及公共场所控烟的态度。方法在黄浦区所辖医疗单位,以随机抽样的方法对220名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果 93.58%的医务人员认同医生应是不吸烟的榜样;95.87%的医务人员认为医院应实现室内全部禁烟;94.95%的医务人员认为被动吸烟与肺癌相关;92.20%的医务人员认为被动吸烟与支气管炎相关;89.91%的医务人员认为被动吸烟与哮喘相关;76.15%的医务人员从未参加过任何形式的戒烟方法培训。结论医务人员对吸烟有害健康的知识和对戒烟方法的掌握仍需加强。Objective To learn about medical staff’s knowledge of tobacco control and the attitudes toward tobacco control in public places in Huangpu District. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the medical staff selected by a random sampling method. Results Totally 93.58% of medical staff believed that doctors should be the non-smoking representatives, 95.87% thought that hospitals should ban smoking, 92.20% of medical staff agreed that passive smoking was related to bronchitis, 89.91% thought that it was related to asthma and 76.15% of medical staff had never taken part in any smoking cessation training. Conclusion Medical staff should strengthen the knowledge and ability of providing smoking-cessation services.
