摘　　要：目的了解山东省农村居民的健康素养水平,为政府决策提供依据。方法全省9市各抽取1个县(市)作为调查点,分别调查15岁～69岁的常住农村人口。结果山东省农村居民具备健康素养的总体水平为2.18%。从健康素养的3个方面上看,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能的人口比例分别是8.34%、2.09%和14.65%。具备5类健康问题的农村居民所占比例分别为:科学健康观22.65%、安全与急救8.97%、传染病预防1.07%、基本医疗10.10%和慢性病预防4.03%。结论山东省农村居民具备健康素养的总体水平仍然较低。Objective To learn the health literacy status quo of rural residents in Shandong Province and provide a basis for relevant decision making.Methods Nine out of 17 target cities were chosen in Shandong Province and one county was randomly sampled from each city,and 4 491 permanent residents aged from 15 to 69 years were investigated.Results The general health literacy rate of rural resident was 2.18%;the literacy rates were 8.34%,2.09% and 14.65% respectively in the aspects of fundamental health knowledge and philosophy,lifestyle and healthy behavior,and basic health skills.The literacy rates of 5 kinds of health questions were 22.65% for scientific health conception,8.97% for safety and first-aid measures,1.07% for prevention of infectious diseases,10.1% for basic medical treatment and 4.03% for prevention of chronic diseases.Conclusion It shows that the overall health literacy level of rural residents is still low in Shandong Province.
