摘　　要：松江区健康自我管理工作取得了一定成效,自我管理技能在居民中得到了广泛传播。本文在分析运行现状的同时对活动实践和推广中遇到的问题进行了探讨和总结,提出了相应的对策建议。Some effects have been achieved for health self-management in Songjiang District,and the skills of self-management were spread around the residents.In this article,it analyzed the present situation and the problems happened during the practice and promotion.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in view of these problems.
