安徽省HIV/AIDS感染者家庭“养鸡康体”活动效果评价

摘　　要：目的开展"养鸡康体"活动,提高农村HIV/AIDS感染者的蛋白质摄入量。方法采用社区干预方法,对1个村所有愿意参加"养鸡康体"活动的HIV/AIDS感染者(家庭)提供蛋鸡苗和养鸡及鸡蛋加工技术培训,要求感染者/病人每天食用2个鸡蛋。4个月后对研究对象进行问卷调查,评价"养鸡康体"活动的效果。结果共有63户参加了"养鸡康体"活动,共领取221只鸡(平均3.5只),共产蛋12669只,平均每户收蛋201只,平均每只蛋鸡产蛋57.3只。自报接受过培训的有37人(58.7%),感觉培训有用的有32人(86.5%)。最近3个月经常吃鸡蛋的有45人(71.4%),平均每天吃1个鸡蛋的有16人(25.4%),每天吃2个鸡蛋的有21人(33.3%),每天吃3个及以上鸡蛋的有7人(11.1%)。知道吃鸡蛋对人体有好处的有58人(92.1%)。在最近3个月经常吃鸡蛋的45人中,自报吃蛋后感觉身体好点的有36人(80.0%);吃蛋后不经常生病的有31人(69.9%)。认为"养鸡康体"活动好的有58人(92.1%);希望继续开展该活动的有52人(82.5%);如果继续开展这个活动,有43人愿意出部分钱买鸡苗(68.3%)。结论 "养鸡康体"活动改善了HIV/AIDS感染者的营养知识水平,保证了吃鸡蛋行为,并具有可持续性。Objective To increase egg protein in the diet of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA) in a resource-limited area in rural areas of Anhui,China.Methods A community intervention was implemented by providing chickens and a series of training courses on how to raise chickens and using eggs among people with HIV/AIDS in one village.All participants were encouraged to eat 2 eggs a day when eggs were available.The assessment was conducted 4 months after chickens were distributed to participants.Results For the 63 PLWHA participants in the project,221 chickens were provided(with average of 3.5),and 12 669 eggs were produced(with average of 201 per household and 57.3 per head).37 participants received the training courses(58.7%) and 32 of them reported that the course was useful.In the past 3 months,45(71.4%) ate eggs frequently,with 16(25.4%) eating one egg a day,21(33.3%) eating 2 eggs a day and 7(11.1%) eating 3 or more eggs a day.Among the eaters,36(80.0%) reported better health.31(69.9%) reported having less illness than before.58(92.1%) liked the project and 52(82.5%) hoped to continue the project.43(68.3%) said they would buy chicken to continue the activity.Conclusion The Raising and Eating Eggs project was effective for PLWHAs living in resource limited rural areas.
