摘　　要：实行全程督导化疗,可以提高病人治愈率,阻断肺结核病传播,减少耐药病例的发生。我们应该大力开展培训,完善组织和制度建设,制订督导方案与考核措施,有效控制传染源,提高病人服药的依从性和治愈率,降低患病率,保护人民群众的身体健康。By making full use of Directly Observed Therapy Short-course(DOTS),the curing rate of white-plague carriers can be raised,thus preventing such diseases from spreading.Resistance to drug cases can also be reduced.So we should carry out training,perfect organization and system construction and make the supervising programs and measures for assessing.Only by using DOTS,can infection sources be controlled effectively and the patients' obedience and treatment be improved,so as to reduce the rate of virus carriers.Thus people's health will be guaranteed.
