摘　　要：目的探索以乡(镇)为基础开展"全国亿万农民健康促进行动"的模式。方法通过个人和小组访谈以及现场观察、查阅档案等定性研究方法,对7个市43个乡(镇)进行评估。结果通过创建全国亿万农民健康促进行动暨浙江省农村公共卫生项目健康教育示范乡(镇),对新农村内涵的提升、农村生活环境的改善、农村居民健康意识的增强和人群健康水平的提高起到了积极影响。对农村基层开展"全国亿万农民健康促进行动"中体现政府领导、部门配合、社会动员作了有益的尝试。结论乡(镇)是最基层组织,创建"行动"示范乡(镇)是扎实、稳步开展"全国亿万农民健康促进行动"的一种尝试。Objective To explore the mode of expansion the National Health Promotion Project for Hundreds of Millions of Chinese Farmers.Methods Evaluating the effect of the activity of creating via group talking,scene observing,reviewing records and so on.Results The project showed a positive effect on increasing the connotation,improving the habitation,enhancing the consciousness of health and promoting the health of people living the countryside,as well as a helpful attempt of leading by the government,the department's cooperating and society mobilization.Conclusion The rural government is the most basic fugleman and creating activity of the model is an essay at developing the National Health Promotion Project for Hundreds of Millions of Chinese Farmers.
