摘　　要：2007年,上海市爱卫会办公室在全市推行"社区倡导、居委实施、专业机构指导"的高血压自我管理小组活动,探索群防群控高血压病的工作模式,取得了一定的成效。2008年底,全市已在219个街道(镇)建立2398个小组,吸引了41539名社区居民参加。In 2007,Shanghai Municipal Office of the Health Campaign Committee started to implement the Community Hypertension Self-management Group with the model of Community advocacy,Neighborhood Implementation and Professional Institution Guidance,and explore the establishment of the mass prevention and control working model of hypertension.By the end of 2008,the city had established 2 398 groups in 219 streets(town),attracting 41 539 community residents to participate.
