虹口区381名自愿咨询与检测艾滋病的求询者特征及增值服务需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解虹口区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)求询者特征、增值服务需求及其利用状况,分析VCT服务利用的影响因素。方法采用自然纳入调查对象方法,凡来虹口区VCT门诊求询者且知情同意后,通过匿名方式进行面对面问卷调查。结果前来咨询者以有非婚异性性行为史和有同性性行为史为主,分别占73.0%和19.2%。其中353例检测者中有10例阳性,占2.8%。被调查对象关于艾滋病知识、态度水平高于一般人群,208例(54.6%)最近3月内有非婚性行为,5例(1.3%)有吸毒史,其中1例有共用注射器史。75.9%的求询者愿意转至免费的性病专业门诊治疗,75.7%的求询者愿意转至免费心理咨询处咨询。结论虹口区VCT求询者以不安全性行为者居多,对性病门诊、戒毒治疗、心理咨询三项主要增值服务的需求较高,进一步提供此类服务能有效提高VCT的工作效率,有效发现艾滋病病毒感染者及艾滋病人,为切实开展"四免一关怀"政策打下基础。Objective To characterize target population of Voluntary Counseling and Testing(VCT) for AIDS,estimate the demand and utility of outreach services,and determine possible factors influencing the availability of VCT service in Hongkou district.Methods All the people consulted with VCT in Hongkou district were included with informed consent and interviewed by questionnaire anonymously.Results 73.0% of the consultants had extramarital sex and 19.2% are men and had sex with men(MSM).Total positive rate was 2.8%(10/353).The knowledge and attitude relating AIDS of the people were better than that of general population.The 54.6%(208/353) had extramarital sex in recent 3 months and 1.3%(5/353) had drug abuse in which one case shared syringe with others.The 75.9% and 75.7% of the consultants preferred transferring to professional out-patient department with exemption of examination charge and psychological counseling office free of charge respectively.Conclusion The majority of the consultants with VCT in Hongkou District had insecure sex.It resulted in great demand for outreach services,including professional medical care,drug addiction rehabilitation,and psychological consultation.The further implementation of the outreach services could improve the efficiency of VCT and identify the cases both of HIV infection and AIDS promptly.
