松江区2166例办公室人员脊柱慢性损伤情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的明确松江区办公人群的颈椎病、腰椎病和肩周炎患病及分布情况,探讨相关预防因素,为进一步推出脊柱保健操等健康宣教工作提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样,选取松江区2 397名静坐办公人群,采用统一的调查问卷,进行统计学分析。结果回收有效问卷2 166份,调查者年龄在35岁及以下的占53.6%。56.9%的人群上班长时间静坐或偶尔走动,26.2%出现头晕、头痛、眩晕、头部麻木,45.9%颈、肩、背部肌肉僵硬、疼痛,28.2%确诊颈椎病,14.6%确诊肩周炎,61.4%感觉这些症状和疾病影响到了生活和工作。结论松江区静坐办公人群的脊柱慢性损伤问题已很普遍,可能与长期保持的工作体位和工作时间等因素有关。针对性的为静坐生活方式人群探讨一种健康的生活方式,值得业界关注和重视。Objective To confirm the distribution and states of neck vertebral disease,lumbar vertebra disease and shoulder periarthritis in the office staff of Songjiang District,in order to explore the related preventive factors and provide a scientific basis for the following Spinal Healthy Exercise promotion.Methods By the multi-stage cluster sampling,2397 sedentary office staff were selected and investigated with a unified questionnaire in Songjiang District.Statistic analysis was conducted on 2 166 effective questionnaires.Results The subjects aged below 35 years old accounted for 53.6%.56.9% subjects sat for a long time or only walked around occasionally during work.26.2% subjects had dizziness,headache or head numbness,while 45.9% subjects had muscle stiffness and pain in the neck,shoulder or back.28.2% subjects were diagnosed with neck vertebral disease,and 14.6% subjects diagnosed with shoulder Periarthritis.61.4% subjects felt that these symptoms and diseases had already affected their daily life and work.Conclusion In Songjiang District,sedentary office staff with chronic spinal injury problems are very common,which may be related to the factors of overwork posture and working hours.A series of pertinent healthy lifestyles for the sedentary office-staffs are worthy of being concerned.
