松江区41名2岁以下婴幼儿营养与喂养状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解松江区2岁以下婴幼儿出生时营养、母乳喂养、辅食添加与健康状况,为政府制订和评价相关政策提供及时、准确、可靠的信息,提高松江区2岁以下婴幼儿的健康水平。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取8个镇(街道)共480户户籍居民,进行膳食和非膳食调查,并对其中的41名2岁以下婴幼儿的家长进行调查。结果调查者的平均出生体重为3 356 g,巨大儿发生率为4.9%;4月龄内婴儿的母乳喂养率为65.9%、混合喂养率为26.8%、人工喂养率为7.3%;平均断奶月龄为5.6个月;谷类等辅食添加率在58%以上,城区和农村婴幼儿各类辅食的添加顺序基本一致。结论松江地区新生儿的体格发育良好,应在社区加强婴幼儿喂养的健康教育,提高母乳喂养率、对呼吸道及肠道疾病预防知识的知晓率,适当延长母乳喂养时间,并适时添加各类辅食。Objective To understand the birth nutrition,breastfeeding,complementary feeding and health status of infants and children under 2 years old in Songjiang District,in order to offer seasonable,accurate and reliable information to the government.Methods Through cluster multistage random sampling,eight towns(streets) with 480 permanent residents were selected and 41 parents of under two-year-old infants and children were investigated on their children’s dietary and non-dietary.Results The average birth weight was 3 356g.Macrosomia incidence was 4.9%;in 4-month infants,breastfeeding rate was 65.9%,mixed-feeding rate was 26.8% and artificial feeding rate was 7.3%;the average weaning age was 5.6 months;cereal and other complementary feeding rate was beyond 58%.The adding process on food supplement was basically consistent for urban and rural infants and young children.Conclusion The physical development of newly-born infants in Songjiang District is good.Infant feeding should be enhanced in community health education,so as to improve breastfeeding rate and the knowledge rate of respiratory and gastro-intestinal disease prevention,and to increase the awareness of extending breast-feeding time and adding food supplement appropriately.
