摘 要:在一次再热机组的主蒸汽压力、主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度保持不变的基础上,采用二次再热可降低汽轮机的热耗率,提高机组效率。以某参数为26.25MPa/600℃/600℃/600℃超超临界1 000MW机组为例,对其进行一次再热与二次再热循环下的各热经济指标对比发现,1 000 MW负荷工况下,二次再热机组汽轮机热耗率比一次再热机组热耗率降低了92kJ/(kW·h),供电煤耗率降低了3.47g/(kW·h),机组净效率提高了0.57%。On the basis of keeping the main steam pressure and temperature and reheat steam temperature of the unit with single reheat cycle constant,applying second reheat cycle can reduce the heat consumption rate and enhance the unit efficiency.Taking an ultra supercritical 1 000MW unit with double reheat cycles and steam parameter of 26.25MPa/600℃/600℃/600℃as the example,comparison of the thermal economic indices of unit running with single reheat and double reheat was conducted.The results showed that,under 1 000 MW unit load condition,compared with the turbine running with single reheat,the heat consumption rate of that running with double reheat decreased by 1.26%,about 92kJ/(kW·h)lower;the coal consumption for power supply decreased by 3.47g/(kW·h)and the unit net efficiency increased by 0.57%.
