摘 要:研究了一种石油焦在氧气浓度为21%~100%的O2/CO2气氛下于水平定炭炉中的燃烧曲线特性,并对其着火时间及其拟合曲线、燃尽时间、最高燃烧温度、燃烧速率曲线进行了分析.结果表明:随着氧气浓度的增加,石油焦燃烧特性曲线呈现规律性变化;石油焦着火时间随氧气浓度增加而逐渐变短,氧气浓度超过60%时,石油焦着火时间缩短的趋势才开始变缓;燃尽时间与着火时间的变化一致,而最高燃烧温度则随着氧气浓度的增加而逐渐增加;氧气浓度100%时的燃烧速率峰值是氧气浓度21%时燃烧速率峰值的3倍.The combustion characteristic curve of a kind of petroleum coke was investigated in O2/CO2atmosphere with oxygen concentration within range from 21%to 100%.Moreover,the ignition time and fitting curves,burnout time,maximum combustion temperature and heating rate curve were also analyzed.The results showed that,as the oxygen concentration increased,the petroleum coke combustion characteristic curve appeared to be changed regularly.With an increase in oxygen concentration,the ignition time of petroleum coke gradually decreased.Till the oxygen concentration exceeded 60%,the trend of the ignition time curve began to slow down.Changes of the burnout time were consistent with that of the ignition time,while the maximum combustion temperature gradually increased with the oxygen concentration.The peak value of the combustion rate with the oxygen concentration of 100% was three times the size of that with the oxygen concentration of 21%.
