摘 要:对锅炉高温受热面、热力管道、联箱等重要部件进行了风险评估与管理技术的研究,提出基于部件寿命周期不同阶段所设置的评估体系的定性方法、基于部件实际状态参数的半定量方法和基于部件寿命损耗的定量方法,这3种方法形成了一套完整的风险评估与管理体系。通过对部件失效造成的安全性和经济性进行矩阵评级确定部件的失效后果等级,最终形成风险矩阵图对所有部件进行风险评级。在此基础上,开发了锅炉重要部件风险评估与管理系统软件,以此可制定合理有效的检修计划和维修策略。Investigation on risk assessment and management technology for such important boiler components as high-temperature surface,thermal pipeline and headers was performed.The qualitative method with different impact factors at different stages of the components' whole life cycle,the components' actual state based semi-quantitative method and service life loss based quantitative method were put forward.These three methods constituted a complete risk assessment and management system for the boiler components.Matrix rating was conducted on security and economy caused by the components' failure,to determine the failure consequence grade.Finally,the risk matrix was formed to perform risk rating for all components.On this basis,risk assessment and management system software for boiler important components was developed,in order to make reasonable and effective maintenance plan and maintenance strategy.
