摘  要:针对某超临界660MW空冷机组运行中存在的3.5倍频和7倍频异常振动故障,通过测量其轴承瓦盖振动频率、对轮罩振动频率以及传感器支架的固有频率,认为振动原因为对轮罩和传感器支架存在3.5倍频和7倍频的固有频率,导致机组运行中该对轮罩和传感器支架发生了共振。取消对轮罩后,该机组异常振动得以消除。Abnormal vibration with 3.5and 7times frequency occurred on turbine of a supercritical660MW unit.The vibration frequency of bearing shell,the vibration frequency and natural frequency of coupling cover,the natural frequency of sensor bracket were measured.The results showed that,the resonance occurred on the coupling cover and sensor bracket during operation which caused by the natural frequency with 3.5and 7times frequency was considered as the major reason.After the cover of coupling was removed,the abnormal vibration didn't occurred again.
