摘  要:全零溢流水湿排渣系统是通过分离大渣,避免高温大渣与水直接接触,延长冷却时间,减少冷却用水,以实现零溢流.介绍了全零溢流水湿排渣系统的流程和结构及其各部件的密封连接方式,计算得出该系统水耗为0.5~0.6 t/h,可回收热渣88.6%以上的热量,能够达到节能减排的目的.而且冷却平稳,提高了水蒸气温度,降低了水气腐蚀,无水爆危害,进一步提高了系统的安全性.By separating the coarse slag,avoiding the high temperature large size slag contacting with the water directly,prolonging the cooling time and reducing the cooling water amount,the wet slag removal system with no overflow water realized 'zero overflow'.The procedure,structure and sealing connection methods between each component of this wet slag removal system were presented in detail.According to the calculation,the water consumption of this 'zero overflow' system will be about 0.5t/h to 0.6t/h,and over 88.6%of the total heat of hot slag can be recovered,realizing the purpose of energy-saving and emission reduction.Besides,this system can increase the steam temperature and reduce the gas phase corrosion,and with no water explosion.
