摘  要:为了解决水下湿法焊接焊缝质量差的问题,设计了一种用于水下湿法焊接稳弧装置,可为水环境中的电弧制造半干燥环境和进行磁力约束,达到稳定水中焊接电弧的目的。在对该装置的高压气管与保护气管的流场进行仿真分析,同时对它的磁场分析进行有限元分析的基础上,分别采用试验设计方法和全局优化与局部优化组合的策略对该装置的结构进行优化,最终实现了多学科优化设计。In order to solve the problem of poor quality underwater welding, a new device for underwater local dry magnetron control rotating welding arc was designed, semi-dry environment and magnetic constraints for the arc underwater were provided. The purpose of stable water welding arc could be achieved. Firstly, the flow field of high-pressure pipeline and protective pipeline of the device was simulated and analysed.Secondly, the magnetic field of the device was calculated by the finite element analysis. Based on them, the design of experiments and global optimization combining with local optimization was respectively adapted for optimization designing the structure of the device. In the end, the multi-disciplinary optimization design of the device was achieved.
