摘 要:分析了深窄薄壁盒体制造的总体工艺方案,针对深窄薄壁盒体焊接过程中存在易变形、烧穿、内侧焊渣难于清理等问题,论述了深窄薄壁盒体焊接过程的工艺控制措施,设计了焊接坡口,优选了焊接工艺参数,提出采用内撑胎刚性加固技术控制盒体变形、避免内侧焊渣渗出、优化焊接质量的工装方案。设计了2种内撑胎具方案,对比分析了2种胎具的特点,实际应用表明,组合胎具效果较好。Total process scheme of deep-narrow and thin wall box was analyzed. To solve deformation, burn hole, difficulty for cleaning up inside welding slag, etc, the process control methods for deep-narrow and thin wall box were presented. Welding grooves were designed. Welding parameters were selected and optimized.A inside support welding mould plan which baffled the box deformation, prevented welding slag leakage, and optimized welding seam quality were advised. Two inside support welding moulds were presented. Two mould characteristics were compared and analyzed. The actual use showed that combined welding mould were better.
