摘  要:为了验证3ABC-ELISA检测口蹄疫野毒感染抗体的时效性,用口蹄疫OZK/93、O(/XJ/10-11/MYA/98)病毒分别对3ABC-ELISA检测阴性的60头临床健康免疫猪和4头未免疫临床健康对照猪经肌肉注射接种。接种病毒第6天,对照猪全部发病,实验猪6头发病,其中对照猪3ABC-ELISA抗体全部为阴性,实验发病猪3ABC-ELISA抗体阳性1头,54头未发病猪3ABC-ELISA抗体阳性14头。试验结果表明,3ABC-ELISA检测口蹄疫野毒抗体具有时效性,建议在口蹄疫疑似病例确诊中优先采用病原学检测方法进行确诊,3ABC-ELISA检测方法可以用作野毒感染的追溯性调查。For timeliness verification of 3ABC-ELISA detection of foot-and-mouth disease virus infection antibody,the strains of OZK/93,O(/XJ/10-11/MYA/98) foot-and-mouth disease virus were used to inoculate 60 vaccinated(experimental group) and 4 un-vaccinated(control group) clinically healthy swine which were all with positive antibody detected by 3ABC-ELISA.6 days after vaccination,all control pigs and 6 experimental pigs suffered from FMD,3ABC-ELISA detection showed that all control pigs were with negative positive antibody,while 1 in 6 infected experimental pigs and 14 in 54 unaffected experimental pigs were with positive antibody. It is concluded that 3ABC-ELISA detection timeliness is confirmed on foot-and-mouth disease virus,and pathogens diagnosis is preferred in the detection of FMD,while 3ABC-ELISA detection can be used as a retrospective survey of wild virus infection.
