摘 要:采用CaBr2将钻井液加重到密度为1.76 g/cm3,盐水接近饱和,不仅基液黏度高,而且高分子处理剂效果变差,体系的流变性和滤失性难以协调,无法构建CaBr2加重低伤害钻井液。采用可酸溶铁矿粉加重,可成功构建低伤害钻井液,该体系的流变性和滤失量易调控,而且泥饼解除率均在95%以上,渗透率恢复值大于93%,具有较好的储层保护效果。铁矿粉加重低伤害钻井液体系在新疆油田六中区5口水平井中得到成功应用。When a drilling fluid is weighted by CaBr2 to the density of 1.76 g/cm3,the saline water will become nearly saturated,the viscosity of its base solution will increase,the effect of high molecule treating agent will deteriorate,and it will become difficult to harmonize the rheological property with the filtration property of system,therefore it is impossible to form a low damage drilling fluid weighted by CaBr2.A low damage drilling fluid system was prepared by weighting the drilling fluid with acid-soluble hematite.The rheological property and the filtration rate of this system can be adjusted and controlled easily.The removal rate of mud cakes was higher than 95%,and the permeability recovery was higher than 93%,showing that this low damage drilling fluid system is good for protecting reservoir.This low damage drilling fluid weighted by hematite has been applied successfully in 5 horizontal wells of Liuzhong Zone of Xinjiang Oilfield.
