摘 要:应用Aspen Plus模拟软件对淤浆法聚乙烯装置的溶剂回收系统进行了精馏分离的工艺设计和模拟计算,得到了回流比、理论塔板数、最佳进料板位置等操作参数。采用RadFrac严格法精馏设计模块对精馏塔进行了模拟计算,并针对相关工艺参数进行了灵敏度分析和优化设计。结果表明,经过2个精馏塔分离后,精制后溶剂异丁烷的质量纯度达99.97%,回收率达95%,满足分离要求。Aspen Plus simulation software was used to calculate the operation parameters like reflux ratio,theoretical tray number and optimum feed tray position,etc.in the design and simulation of the distillation separation process of the solvent recovery system of slurry process polyethylene unit.Simulation and calculation were performed for the distillation columns with RadFrac rigorous distillation design module,and sensitivity analysis and optimization were carried out for relevant process parameters.The results have shown that the purity of the isobutane solvent can reach 99.97% after treated in two distillation columns,and the recovery percent of isobutane solvent can reach 95%,showing that the separation requirement can be satisfied.
