金融危机下发展烟台服务外包产业的思考

摘　　要：面对金融危机的影响,烟台抓住国际服务外包转移的契机,把服务外包产业作为未来的支柱产业培植,使其呈现出良好的发展态势。但由于烟台发展服务外包产业起步较晚,与国内外服务外包产业发展早、发展快的地区和城市相比,还存在较大差距。当前,随着国际国内经济环境的不确定性继续加大,烟台市应借鉴国内外发展服务外包产业的先进经验,创造与国际服务业接轨的发展环境,从而推动烟台市服务外包产业又好又快地发展。Facing the influence of financial crisis,Yantai has taken the transfer of international service outsourcing as an opportunity,and set the service outsourcing industry as a pillar industry to cultivate. Such strong measures make sound momentum of the service outsourcing industry. However,due to the late start of the industry's development in Yantai,there are still a wide gap between Yantai and those regions and cities whose development of service outsourcing industry are early and fast. With the increasing uncertainty of international and domestic economic environment,Yantai should benefit from the advanced industry experience home and abroad,create a line with the international environment for the fast and good development of Yantai's service outsourcing industries.
