摘　　要：大学生在求职择业过程中存在的种种心理偏差是导致其就业难的重要原因之一,因此对大学生加强心理健康教育,塑造健全人格,强化就业指导,是各高校面临的迫切任务。Psychological deviation of undergraduates in seeking jobs is one important reason for their employment difficulties.Therefore,strengthening the psychological health education,modeling their sound Personalities and enhancing the employment guide are the urgent tasks of universities.
