摘　　要：本文主要探究了国家艺术基金会在成立以来的40余年中对艺术资助机制的变化。在把这段历史分期的基础上,考察了资助对象、资助地域、资助来源、奖项评审等方面的变化,进而根据这些变化推理出其背后的驱动因素。本文认为国家艺术基金会对艺术资助的演变轨迹受到社会监督、联邦政府的干预和领导人决策的影响。This article mainly explores the changes of art funding mechanism that the national art foundation has brought for more than 40 years.In this period of history stage,the changes in funding objects,funding regions,funding sources and award appraisal are investigated,then reasoning out the driving factors behind the changes.This article holds that national art foundation has the influence on art funding evolution track,social supervision,federal government intervention and leader decisions.
