摘　　要：在分析塔城电网220kV/110kV环网运行方式的基础上,结合塔城电网220kV网架发展规划的具体情况,提出了电磁环网解环的方案与时机。运行结果表明,电磁环网解环运行后,简化了网络接线,优化了电网潮流,降低了网络损耗、故障判断和处理的难度,同时又保证了220kV电网的供电能力。According to the parallel operation of 220kV and 110kV in Tacheng Power Grid, the uncoupling loop scheme and the uncoupling time in the future are put forward with consideration of the development of the 220kV power grid. The operation results after breaking up the loop show that it is necessary to break up the electromagnetic loop network in Tacheng to simplify the connection of power grid,optimize the current flow, reduce lines losses, fault judgment and processing difficulty, and guarantee the power supply capacity of 220kV power network.
