摘　　要：在本世纪第一次严重的国际金融危机和经济危机爆发前后,西方国家干预主义经济学家和新自由主义经济学家在危机可能性、危机严重程度和发展趋势,以及危机原因和应对危机政策等一系列问题上进行了激烈争论。这场危机使新自由主义思潮受到沉重打击,使国家干预主义在理论和政策上占据上风。但是,随着经济的逐渐复苏,随着凯恩斯主义政策副作用的逐渐显现,新自由主义仍然有可能重新抬头。The first serious financial and economic crisis in the new century arouse a lot of controversy between State Interventionism and Neo-liberalism on a variety of subjects such as the possibility of a outbreak,the severity and development trend,the causes and the policies through which the government responds to the crisis.The crisis deals a big blow to Neo-liberalism,State Interventionism gets the upper hand for another time.But amid a reviving economy and the negative effect that Keynesian macroeconomic policy might have,Neo-liberalism has the possibility to turn up again.
