欧洲:不是“没落的贵族”,而是世界的先行者

摘　　要：在经受了国际金融危机和世界经济衰退的沉重打击之后,在"新兴国家"特别是中国崛起的大背景下,西方国家在世界格局中的地位明显相对下降,其影响涉及经济实力、国际影响力与吸引力,甚至道义力量等诸多方面。美国自由市场经济模式受到普遍质疑,而以"社会市场经济"为典型代表的"欧洲模式"也并未从中得益。这反映了欧洲在最近这次危机与衰退中也表现不佳,同时也反映了欧洲内外对欧盟国家内部的经济社会改革和欧洲一体化前景信心不足。但是,考虑到欧盟主要国家强大的经济、科技实力与潜力,欧洲一体化已经取得的丰硕成果,"欧洲模式"仍然具有巨大价值。通过进一步的改革与联合,欧洲前途并不暗淡。After the international financial crisis and the worldwide economic recession,and in the background of the rise of emerging countries,especially China,the status of western countries has been degraded apparently,including economic strength,international influence power and attraction, and even their moral superiority.The American free-market economy mode is questioned widely,while the European social-market economy mode was not appreciated too.This reflects the poor performance of Europe in the crisis and recession,the lack of confidence to reform of economy and society,and the inadequateness of European integration.However,considering Europe's strong economic,scientific and technological power and its integration,European mode is still of great values. Through deeper reforming and tighter uniting,the European economy will be more prosperous.
