摘　　要：论文认为,经济学在本质上是一门历史科学,反映着不断发展和变化的社会经济过程,不掌握历史事实,不具备适当的历史感或所谓历史经验,就不可能指望理解任何时代的经济现象,因此,真正科学的经济学理论只能是逻辑和历史相统一的理论,经济学家们应当放弃这样一种幻想,即创造一个放之四海而皆准的理论,而应集中精力去发现符合历史变化的理论。This paper argued that the economics is in nature one discipline of history,reflecting the development of social and economic processes.Without history facts or history experience,we cannot understand any economic phenomena,therefore,the scientific economic theory is one theory with consistency between logic and history.The economists should abandon the fancy to create a theory valid everywhere,aiming to find a theory according with history change.
