摘　　要：研究生教育管理的信息化与网络化势在必行,本文在分析研究生教育管理软件设计及使用中存在问题的基础上,提出了一套较为完整、实用的基于Internet的研究生教育信息网络系统设计方案。This present paper analyzes the problems existing in the designing and application of the postgraduate education management software, and produces a complete scheme to design the network system of the postgraduate education information
