摘　　要：网络文化的多元化、价值的多向性深刻地影响着社会成员的文化认同和价值选择,社会主义核心价值观引领网络文化建设不但十分必要,而且具有引领的坚实基础。遵循社会主义核心价值观引领网络文化建设的理念,坚持一元指导、多元共存、和而不同的引领理念,树立引领的技术、服务和竞争理念。践行社会主义核心价值观引领网络文化建设,大力发展经济、实施网络建设的法制化工程、深化文化体制改革为网络文化建设开辟富强、民主、文明、和谐的国家政策与法律法规支持之道。加强社会舆论引导、开发网络民族文化资源、加快网络人才队伍建设,为网络文化建设营造自由、平等、公正、法制的社会生态环境。开展网络伦理教育、抢滩青年核心价值观的网络文化阵地、发挥新媒体在边疆民族地区的引领功效为网络文化建设提供爱国、敬业、诚信、友善的人本支持。Net culture in diversification and value in multiple dimensions are influencing profoundly the cultural identification and value choice of community members.Core socialist value to guide net cultural construction is not only of great necessity but also a solid base.We must follow the concept of core socialist value to guide net cultural construction,notion of unilateral instruction and multilateral coexistence in agreement amid disagreement and set up the idea of edging technology,service and competition.To practice core socialist value to lead net cultural construction,develop economy,implement the project of net construction on law,further reform on cultural structural system to open the road of support for the state policy and law on prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony.Better public opinion as a guide,develop net national cultural resources,accelerate construction on net staff and create an ecological society with equality,justice and and legal system,carry out net ethical education,scramble for net cultural battlefield for youth's core value and display a leading function of new media in borderland ethnic region to provide cultural net cultural construction with the humanity support of patriotism,dedication,sincerity and kindness.
