摘  要:以现代文化为引领就是要充分发挥现代文化引领社会、教育人民、推动发展的功能,不断增强文化软实力从而为新疆跨越式发展和长治久安创造良好的文化环境。在现代文化的引领下,加强大学生社会公德教育显得尤为必要。大学生社会公德教育关系到大学生德才兼备人格的修炼,关系到对社会主义坚定信仰的使命重托,关系到实现新疆两大历史任务的责任担当。如何在现代文化引领下加强新疆大学生社会公德教育成为新疆高校的重中之重。具体而言,要在现代文化引领下转变社会公德教育理念、方式、方法,创造社会公德教育新路径,培养大学生自立自强的社会公德意识。对于社会而言要营造良好的社会公德氛围;对于大众媒介而言要传播社会公德正能量;对于学校而言要加强大学生政治信仰,加强心理健康辅导,帮助学生树立正确的价值导向。Modern culture as a guide means making a full use of modern culture to guide community,educate people,promote development and increase cultural software so as to create a favorable cultural setting for striding progress and long-term stability.With modern culture as a guide,it is of particular importance to stress college students' social morality,which matters with cultivation in virtue and talent,with their firm belief in socialism and with obligation performed in fulfilling Xinjiang's two major tasks.How to intensify social-morality education among the college students is put into the top agenda of Xinjiang's institutions.To specify,with modern culture as a guide,we must switch the educational idea,manner,method in social morality,create a new path for education in social morality to train college students' sense of social morality in self-establishment and self-improvement.For community as a whole,to create a good air of social morality is to transmit positive social-morality energy for mass media;for institutions of higher education,we can intensify their political belief,psycho-health coach and help them develop correct value orientation,which are inseparable from improvement of their go-ahead character.
