摘　　要：文化创新是当前最重要的时代主题之一,而文化原创力是文化创新的底蕴与标志,与创新型城市建设有着紧密的联系。一方面,文化原创力能够提升城市的文化建设和精神品格;另一方面,城市的经济发展与社会进步也将助推城市文化的进一步发展和文化创新机制的形成,对中国构建创新型城市具有重要意义。文化原创力要以城市的历史底蕴和文化传统为依托,以人的现实需求为引领。它是大国文化崛起,在文化领域实现"中国梦"不可缺少的一环,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴目标的必然途径。Cultural innovation is one of the most important current theme,and culture originality is the symbol of cultural innovation which has a close relationship with the construction of innovative city.On the one hand,culture originality can enhance the city's cultural construction and spiritual character.On the other hand,economic development and social progress of the city will promote the development of city culture and mechanism of cultural innovation.It has important significance for constructing innovative city in China.Culture originality should rely on the city's historical background and cultural tradition,and with the realistic human needs as the lead.It is an indispensable part of realization of'China dream'.In the field of culture,also the way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
