摘　　要：滨海新区综合配套改革经过近些年的大胆探索,在经济、行政、社会等重点领域取得了创新成果,形成了自身特点。新形势下,新区深化综合配套改革具有更为重要的地位和良好的条件。新区深化改革既要进一步解放思想和统一思想,又要着眼于长期的顶层设计,做好10个重点领域和关键环节的改革。The integrated support reform in Binhai New Area has achieved some innovations and formed its own characteristics by boldly explore in recent years,such as economic,administrative and social key area.In the new situation,deepening reform has a more important position and good conditions.The new round of reform not only emancipates the mind further and integrates thinking,but also focuses on the long-term top-level design and implements reform better in ten key areas and key links.
