摘　　要：本文综合了文书学、档案学和证据学对凭证性的理论认识,结合相关法律法规,在确保权威性和科学性的前提下,指出电子文件凭证性内涵可具体化为合法性、真实性、可靠性、完整性和可用性等五要素,并对这五要素的具体内容进行了阐述。For ensuring the authority and scientific nature, this paper concludes different theories of evidential attribute from documentary science, archives science and evidence science. Combined with the relevant laws and regulations the paper points out that the connotation of evidential attribute of electronic records contains five interrelated parts:legitimacy, authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability. At last, the paper describes the five parts in detail.
