档案部门网络信息保存的职责界定

摘　　要：本文基于网络信息世界与传统信息世界的比较,提出档案馆是网络信息长期保存的责任主体之一,并在此基础上,阐述了网络信息档案化保存的内涵及档案部门进行网络信息保存的职责定位,提出了档案部门网络信息收集、保存基本要求、范围、及其职责分工。Based on the comparative between the web information world and the traditional infor-mation world, this paper presents that archive sector is one of the major responsible agencies of web information preservation, elaborates the meaning of archiving preservation, and the responsibilities and fundamental requirements for the archive department in collecting and storing web information, then put forward a major scope and division of responsibilities, providing a basic idea for the archiving preservation of web information.
