摘　　要：自然权利理论是近代自然法学说的重要组成部分,也是西方人权观念的理论基础。作为自然权利理论实践的法国大革命,它一方面体现了自然权利瓦解旧制度的理论价值,另一方面也显现出了自然权利制度化的诸多问题。重新解读法国大革命中的自然权利问题,不仅可以启发我们对自然权利理论实践的思考,还有助于更好地理解人权与民主之间的关系,为中国的人权保障提供一个新的思考维度。The natural rights theory is an important part of the modern natural law and the theoretical foundation of western human rights thoughts.As the practice of natural rights theory,the French Revolution reflects the theoretical value of natural rights breaking down the old system and many problems during the institutionalization of natural rights.Analyzing the natural rights issues in the French Revolution can not only inspire the thinking about the practice of natural rights theory,but also help to understand the relationships between human rights and democracy,and will provide a new thinking dimension for the protection of human rights in China.
