格列美脲治疗老年2型糖尿病有效性及安全性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察格列美脲(glimepiride)治疗老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的疗效和安全性。方法60例T2DM老年患者随机分为2组,格列美脲组35例,初始剂量为1 mg/d;格列苯脲组25例,初始剂量为1.25 mg/d,2组均根据血糖调整剂量,治疗12周,观察2组空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂的变化及不良反应的情况。结果2组治疗12周后空腹血糖,餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均明显降低(P<0.01),血脂变化无统计学差异(P>0.05),2组对肝肾功能无不良影响。结论格列美脲治疗老年T2DM是安全和有效的。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and therapy group.Thirty-five patients in therapy group were treated with glimepiride 1mg / d at early dose,and 25 patients in control group were treated with glibenclamide 1.25mg / d at early dose.The dose was regulated according to blood glucose.The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial blood glucose(PBG) and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and serum lipid were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,PBG and HbA1c were decreased in the patients in two groups(P < 0.01).There were no significant changes in the levels of serum lipid and hepatic and renal function after the treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusions Glimepiride is an effective and safe hypoglycemic agent.
