摘  要:目的探讨血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法选择冠状动脉造影患者74例,分为急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)组(47例)和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(27例),以同时期健康体检人员为对照组(24例)。分别检测血清MPO、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平,并通过冠状动脉造影术分组后比较上述指标水平。结果 ACS组外周血MPO、hsCRP、NT-proBNP和cTnI水平高于SAP组,但SAP组与对照组间无统计学差异。冠状动脉病变不同狭窄程度分组之间,MPO浓度水平存在显著性差异,而hs-CRP、NT-proBNP和cTnI无显著差异。结论血清MPO可能是ACS的标志物之一,其浓度可反映冠状动脉病变的严重程度。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the severity of coronary heart disease and myeloperoxidase( MPO). Methods Seventy-four patients who underwent coronary angiography were divided into two groups,acute coronary syndrome( ACS) group( n = 47) and stable angina pectoris( SAP) group( n = 27). Healthy subjects receiving physical examinations were selected as the control group( n = 24). The levels of MPO,high sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide( NT-proBNP) and cardiac troponin I( cTnI) in peripheral blood and the degree of coronary artery stenosis were detected respectively. Results The levels of MPO,hs-CRP,NT-proBNP and cTnI in ACS group were higher than those in SAP group and control group,but no significant difference was found between SAP group and control group. There was significant difference in serum level of MPO between different stenosis groups. Conclusions MPO could serve as the biomarker in laboratory diagnosis of ACS by reflecting the severity of coronary artery disease.
