摘 要:本实验研究了锯片结构参数对锯片固有频率的影响,以消除和减少共振带来的危害。采用5200系列测力锤和DH-5920动态分析仪对不同直径、不同齿数、有无法兰盘、有无开孔等类型的金刚石锯片进行激振,再经过DH-5920动态分析系统实现对各类金刚石锯片动态数据的全程记录,最后用DHMA实验模态分析软件进行数据的处理与分析,得到不同结构金刚石锯片的固有频率。实验结果表明:锯片固有频率在100~800 Hz。锯片直径和法兰盘对锯片固有频率影响比其他因素要大,在12阶时,350mm和500 mm锯片的频率相差45%。The purpose of experiment is to research influence of structure parameters of diamond saw on its natural frequency in order to eliminate or reduce resonance damage. The 5200 series hammer and DH-5920dynamic analyzer are used to measure the vibration of diamond saw blades with different diameters,different numbers of sink,with and without flange and hole. DH-5920 dynamic analysis system is used to record data of all kinds of diamond saw blades in the whole process. DHMA experiment modal analysis software is used to analyze the data in order to get a natural frequency of different structured diamond saw blades. Experimental results show that the natural frequency of diamond saw is 100 ~ 800 Hz. The influence of diameter of diamond saw and flange on its natural frequency is greater than other factors. The natural frequency difference between saw blades of diameter 350 mm and diameter 500 mm is 45% under order 12.
