摘 要:将微粉级(10~20μm粒径)CBN磨料与陶瓷结合剂混合烧结,制成陶瓷CBN丸片。将丸片粘在金属基体上制成固结磨料陶瓷CBN研磨盘。以喷油器中间体为加工对象,在双面高速研磨机上进行高速研磨。结果表明:在保证加工表面质量的前提下(R a0.03~0.05μm),材料去除率可达15~25μm/min,其研磨效率约为相同加工条件下传统游离磨料加工的10倍,工序成品合格率99%以上,与进口同类产品相比较,加工成本降低65%以上。Vitrified bond CBN pellets,which are made of fine CBN powder( grain size 10 ~ 20 μm),are stuck on metal support to make fixed vitrified bond CBN lapping plates. The plate is used to lap the support plate of injector on double sided lapping machine at high speed. Experiment results show that the material removal rate( MRR) can reach 15 ~ 25 μm / min with R a0. 03 ~ 0. 05 μm. The lapping efficiency is ten times higher compared with that of the traditional free abrasive lapping in the same conditions. In addition,99% products are of good quality. Compared with the imported ones,the cost of processing is reduced by more than 65%.
