摘 要:针对连杆清洗系统中控制的重点,分析了被控对象非线性、大滞后、大惯性和时变等特性,设计了合适的模糊控制器,计算出相应的模糊控制表,介绍了软件设计的流程。用Matlab仿真软件对所设计的控制方案进行仿真,并与传统比例积分求导(PID)控制响应曲线进行比较,表明模糊-PID在动态性能及抗干扰性表现较好。This paper analyzes the focal point in the control of connecting rod cleaning system. According to the characteristics of nonlinearity,long time lag,great inertia and variation with time of object controlled,a suitable fuzzy ruler was designed and the corresponding fuzzy PID query table was calculated. It also introduces the process of software design. The Matlab simulation research was done for the control solution designed and compared it to the response curves of conventional PID control. The results showed that the fuzzy PID control had a better performance in dynamic performance and anti-interference.
