摘　　要：本文介绍了正交试验法在桥壳零件清洗中的应用,利用正交法进行试验性研究,通过本方法可以减少试验次数,缩短试验周期,了解各种因素对清洗指标的影响程度,以获得最优的清洗工艺参数。The application of orthogonal experiment on axle housings cleaning,which was used for experimental study was introduced in this paper. It can reduce the test times and shorten test cycles effectly. What is more,we can understand the importance of each factor on clean indexes,and obtain the best clean processing parameter.
