摘 要:石油作为全球最为重要的化石燃料,给人类社会带来了高效而又实用的优质能源,因此,石油工业自出现以来就受到全球科学家以及各国政府的关注与支持。进入21世纪,石油资源日益紧张,如何经济、准确、高效地开发已探明油藏中的剩余原油储量,提高原油采收率,成为石油工业发展的重中之重。经过半个多世纪石油资源开发,我国油田资源的勘探开发不断向更深的层位、更复杂的技术领域发展,随着开采难度的增加,对油田钻采工艺及田钻采助剂性能提出更高的要求,传统的钻采方法和产品已经不能满足需求。随着生物工程的发展,微生物技术以其良好的经济性,多样化理化特性越来越受到油田钻采行业的重视。多年的实践证明,微生物技术是目前最有前途的提高原油采收率的技术之一。As the world's most important oil and fossil fuels,to human society has brought quality energy efficient and practical,so the oil industry since there has to be scientists,and governments worldwide attention and support.In the 21st century,oil resources are increasingly strained,how economic,accurate and efficient development of proven crude oil reserves remaining in the reservoir,enhanced oil recovery,oil industry to become a top priority.After half a century of oil resource development,exploration and development of oil resources to keep the deeper layers,more complex areas of technology development,along with an increase in the difficulty of exploitation of oil drilling technology and field performance drilling additives made more high demand,the traditional drilling methods and products can not meet the demand.With the development of biotechnology,microbial technology for its good economy,more and more diverse physicochemical properties oilfield drilling industry's attention.Years of proven microbial technology is currently the most promising enhanced oil recovery technologies.
