摘　　要：目的了解某区医护人员的手卫生消毒现状,以便采取有效的监管对策。方法对医护人员消毒后的手进行卫生学检测,对其手消毒执行情况进行问卷调查。结果经检测,医护人员的手卫生总不合格率为8.55%,医生手检测不合格率为20.00%,护士手检测不合格率为5.13%。正确按照6步洗手法进行洗手的,医生仅为17.14%,护士为66.67%。日常工作中,在医疗活动开展前及结束后均进行洗手消毒的,医生为42.86%,护士为70.94%。结论医护人员手消毒合格率不高,对手消毒卫生的重要性认识不足,必须制定并落实相应措施,改善医护人员的手卫生状况,减少院内感染。Objective To investigate the hand hygiene situation of medical staff in order to take effective regulatory measures in a district of shanghai.Methods Hygiene inspection was conducted of medical staff's hand after disinfection.A survey was carried out with questionnaire to explore the implementation of hand hygiene.Results The total unqualified rate of hand hygiene was 8.55%.That for doctors was 20.00%,and 5.13% for nurse.Only 17.14% doctors washed hands according to the six steps,and66.67% nurses did.The rate was 42.86% for doctors of hand washing before and after the medical activities in daily work,and 70.94% for nurses.Conclusion The quality rate of medical staff hand disinfection is not high.The medical staff does not fully realize the importance of hand disinfection.It is essential that corresponding measures should be formulated and implemented in order to improve the medical staff hand hygiene and reduce hospital infections.
