摘  要:针对GH4169和1Cr18Ni9Ti喷注器模拟件液压试验钎缝渗漏,通过金相分析,发现GH4169和1Cr18Ni9Ti钎缝渗漏主要是由于钎缝间隙过大和钎料填充不良。依据分析结果开展针对性的工艺改进研究,提出改变GH4169和1Cr18Ni9Ti装配间隙的工艺优化建议。This paper has investigated on the microstructure of the brazing joint between the GH4169 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti for the leakage of the simulated injector under hydraulic pressure test. Based on the results, the leakage of the simulated injector should be attributed to the bigger joint gap and the bad filling of brazing filler metal. Then it has been proposed that the gap between the GH4169 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti should be decreased.
