摘 要:以2个电厂单台凝结水精处理装置为对象,研究了精处理混床的运行控制指标。现场试验结果表明,单台精处理混床出水氢电导率值对杂质离子的浓度变化不敏感,在非铵型条件下的精处理混床不宜采用氢电导率进行控制;而出水离子含量变化时,电导率的变化幅度较大,宜用作混床出水控制指标;不同机组精处理混床的电导率控制指标应通过试验确定,从降低运行风险和再生难度的角度考虑,其失效指标不宜制定的过高。Thermal power plants need to ravel out how to ensure the safe and economic operation and control of condensate polishing plants(CPP).Two condensate polishing treatment devices were taken as the research objects to investigate their operation and control modes.The field test results showed that,the hydrogen conductivity value of the effluent of single polishing mixed bed was not sensitive to the change of the impurity irons concentration,while it was affected by the resin regeneration degree.Due to the large variation,the hydrogen conductivity was suitable to be regarded as the index for mixed bed control,and its value should be determined via test to accurately reflect the control situation of the single polishing mixed bed.Considering of reducing the operation risk and regeneration difficulty,the failure index should not be set too high.
