摘 要:利用马弗炉制取小麦秸秆与铁法煤的混燃灰,研究不同燃烧温度及混配比例下的混燃灰产率、化学成分、熔点及晶相结构等特性。结果表明:随燃烧温度的增加,小麦秸秆与铁法煤的混燃产灰率先升高后降低,700℃时达到最大,800℃以后变化不显著;混燃灰化学成分含量受燃烧温度及混配比例影响较大,相同混配比例下,随温度升高,灰中SiO2、Al2O3和Fe2O3的百分含量增高,K2O、Na2O含量则相对减少,相同燃烧温度下,灰中各成分含量与混合燃料中小麦秸秆的比例呈非线性关系;700℃燃烧时,混燃灰中无机成分主要以石英(SiO2)、单钾芒硝(K2SO4)、方解石(CaCO3)及钾盐(KCl)形式存在,高温时则多以高熔点单体(SiO2、CaSO4)和高温共融体形式存在;混燃灰熔融特性受混配比例影响较大,小麦秸秆比例高于25%时,混燃灰变形温度(DT)显著降低,相同混配比例下,燃烧温度对灰熔融特性影响不大。The wheat straw and Tiefa coal co-firing ash was prepared in a muffle furnace to investigate its properties such as the yield,chemical component,fusion temperature and crystal phases structure under different combustion temperature and mixing ratio conditions.The results showed that,with an increase in temperature,the ash yield first increased and then decreased,it reached the maximum at 700℃,and nearly had no change when the temperature grew above 800℃.The chemical composition of co-firing ash was significantly affected by the temperature and mixing ratio.With the same mixing ratio,the proportion of Al2O3,SiO2and Fe2O3in ash increased while that of the K2O and Na2O decreased as the temperature raising.At the same co-firing temperature,the content of chemical composition in ash showed a non-linear relationship with the wheat straw proportion in mixed fuel.XRD results demonstrated that,at 700 ℃,the inorganic compounds in ash were mainly quartz(SiO2),arcanite(K2SO4),calcite(CaCO3)and sylvite(KCl),while at 900℃,the monomer substances with high fusion temperature(such as SiO2and CaSO4)and high-temperature molten material constituted the inorganic compounds.The influence of biomass ratio in mixed fuel on ash fusion characteristics was significant.When the wheat straw proportion was larger than 25%,the co-firing ash deformation temperature(DT)decreased obviously.However,at the same mixing ratio,the combustion temperature had little effect on ash fusion characteristics.
